Ready-to-wear items may generally be processed faster than customized or bespoke products.

2. Delivery Areas

Noori Designer accepts orders for delivery according to the locations and shipping options available at checkout.

We may offer delivery within Pakistan and, where available, international delivery options.

International customers should confirm available shipping arrangements with our team before placing an order if an international destination is not available at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses/does not respond to the courier, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Additional shipping charges may apply where the failure is caused by incorrect information or repeated delivery attempts.

Any such charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Noori Designer cannot guarantee the exact customs charges applicable in every destination country.

9. Customized & Bespoke Orders

Customized, made-to-measure, embroidered, and bespoke orders may require additional production time.

Customers should allow sufficient time for such orders, especially for weddings, formal events, Eid, or other important occasions.

Noori Designer will communicate relevant production or delivery expectations where applicable.

10. Inspecting Your Order

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package and product immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged or the product appears defective, please contact Noori Designer as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos where requested.

11. Delivery Delays

Although we work with shipping partners to deliver orders promptly, delays caused by courier companies, weather, public holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
